Deejays Shoes use an express delivery service for all national and international orders so that we can ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. To ensure your package gets to you we require a physical address.

We will send you tracking information when your order is dispatched so you will know where it is at all times.

Online Returns Policy

Can I return my online order in store?

Online orders can be returned to any of our physical stores within 14 days of receiving delivery. Products must be in originals condition with all packaging and a proof of purchase. We will happily provide an exchange or issue a store credit.

Unfortunately refunds cannot be issued in physical stores. They will be processed between 2-3 working days of us receiving your order.

Once your return has been received, a refund will be processed on to your original payment method.

Will my refund include courier charges?

Unfortunately we cannot refund courier charges unless the product is not as described or faulty.

Returns policy for purchases made from physical stores

For items purchased from our physical stores, we will exchange or issue a store credit if items are returned within 14 days of purchase, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached along with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for items bought from physical stores.
