Refund policy

ONLINE STORE REFUND POLICY

Orders from our Online Store can be returned to any of our physical stores within 7 working days of receiving delivery. Products must be in original condition with all packaging and a proof of purchase. We will happily provide an exchange, issue a store credit or refund.

Unfortunately refunds cannot be issued in physical stores. They will be processed between 2-3 working days of us receiving your return.

We regret that we cannot exchange, provide a store credit or refund on goods where:

- Goods have been worn.
- Goods have been damaged after purchase.
- Goods are not accompanied by the original box and or packaging.
- Goods are returned outside the specified time-frame.
- Goods have been purchased from the Sale Page, Clearance Page, Accessories Page and/or Shoe Care Page.

Please note that the refund option only applies to purchases made online provided the specified criteria is met. 

EXCHANGES ON A DIFFERENT SIZE OR PRODUCT

If you are unhappy with the sizing you have selected from our website we are happy to exchange the shoes for another size where available. If you are unsure of what size is required, please give us a call to speak with a friendly team member who will be able to help you. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we are more than happy.

In order to make an exchange (subject to availability) please email us on info@deejaysshoes.co.nz stating your reason for exchange and what you are wanting to exchange to along with your order number from your receipt.

Once your return has been received, a refund will be processed on to your original payment method.

COURIER CHARGES ON EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

You will be responsible for postage costs for the Exchange or Refund as unfortunately we cannot refund courier charges unless the product is faulty.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded for change of mind returns.

RETURNS POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE FROM PHYSICAL STORES

For items purchased from our physical stores, we will exchange or issue a store credit if items are returned within 7 working days of purchase, provided items are in original condition with all packaging along with proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately, we do not provide Refunds for items bought from physical stores.

FAULTY ITEMS

Shoes must be returned for inspection and a determination of eligibility will be made. We will abide by our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act.
