Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Deejays Shoes. All prices on the Deejays Shoes website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

While we endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate at all times, all orders are subject to availability and on occasion, the stock level showing on the website may be incorrect. If an item is purchased and is not available at the time of dispatch, your order will be refunded immediately.

SHIPPING RATES

All orders incur a shipping cost of $10.00 anywhere in New Zealand and $30.00 to anywhere in Australia. 

 

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

All orders will be delivered using one of our courier partners which includes NZ Post, Post Haste Couriers or Go Sweet Spot to the address in your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, including the Track & Trace reference number for your package. You will be able to track delivery of your package by clicking on the tracking number in the email.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, you will receive a ‘card to call’, advising you that the products have been returned to their premises. In that case, please contact them to rearrange delivery.

Your order should be sent within one working day from the date of your order and delivered within three to ten working days after our confirmation email that your order has been shipped, subject to customs clearance and payment of duty/tax if any applicable). If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us using the contact page on our site or by email to us at info@deejaysshoes.co.nz 
For us to help you quickly, please include your order number. 

CUSTOMS DUTY AND TAXES

Customs/Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost, and may be collected by the destination State or Government upon delivery from the carriers for certain orders. These charges are your responsibility as we only charge for the transportation fee for the packages. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs could be.
